the location is excellent it provides easy access to various attractions. the staff were helpful . tommy wong, the concierge, assisted with directions and travel arrangements. john and thomas biju at breakfast were attentive and friendly.

the gym above my father's room made a bit of thumping noise.

I had some disappointments . This caused me pain, and the management didn't seem to care about this dangerous situation. The carpets in the common areas also had a noticeable, musty smell.
