fantastic stay

helpful staff excellent location friendly service

the location is excellent it provides easy access to various attractions. the staff were helpful . tommy wong, the concierge, assisted with directions and travel arrangements. john and thomas biju at breakfast were attentive and friendly.

the gym above my father's room made a bit of thumping noise.

elevator safety musty carpets

I had some disappointments . The elevators lacked sensors, and I actually got trapped between the doors. This caused me pain, and the management didn't seem to care about this dangerous situation. The carpets in the common areas also had a noticeable, musty smell.

I found the staff consistently helpful . i was happy with the room's cleanliness. the location provided easy access to nearby restaurants. I could easily explore local dining options.

The gym felt cramped when more than two people were present.

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area features twenty loungers and a shaded section. i saw a business center with four computers and printing services, it looked functional.

The hotel is near a park with bakeries and convenience stores. the avenue of stars is within walking distance, about ten minutes. the ferry terminal is also nearby. Transport was easy.

The classic king room includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room had a coffee device for enjoying coffee. the windows had good soundproofing. I did not hear outside noise.

The breakfast buffet features a variety of choices. hoi king heen restaurant is located on the lower floor. It specializes in local dishes. tiffany's bar offers whisky, beer, wine and signature drinks, it was pretty nice.

housekeeping provides daily service and thorough cleaning. i noticed the front desk staff offered assistance. the concierge readily gave directions and information regarding local attractions, and was very friendly.
